Mobile computers have become more easy to use than mobile phones because of their complexity. As many drivers are using it, this has become a difficulty for the officials to differentiate the usage of one device from the other. This is more evident in the countries which have banned the usage of both handheld and hands-free, rather than the countries which have banned handheld use only and the officials are unable to tell what type of function is being used by simply seeing the driver. This situation has stopped drivers from using their instrument where actually it would have been used for a legal purpose like incorporated calls over phone. Certain schools have restricted the usage of mobile phones because there are possibilities for harassment, cheating in the exams, students getting distracted, creating gossips, threats to the security of the school and other social activities of the school.
